About Dr Fletcher MD, MBA, CPE, CHCQM, FCAP
Dr. Andrew Fletcher is a distinguished anatomic and clinical pathologist and the founder of Eutilogic Consulting, a firm dedicated to optimizing laboratory operations and test utilization in healthcare systems. Holding an MD from Mercer University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, he combines deep clinical expertise with strategic business acumen.
Dr. Fletcher's influential career includes roles as Medical Director of Lab Stewardship at Accumen Inc., an active CAP Team Lead Inspector, and former Medical Director of ARUP Consultative Services, where he generated millions in cost savings. He specializes in laboratory strategic consulting, operations management, and clinical transformation, focusing on reducing unnecessary testing to improve patient care and reduce costs. A recipient of the 2021 ASCP Choosing Wisely Award, Dr. Fletcher is recognized for his leadership in quality and utilization.
